Ecokoswomen EKW shënoi Ditën Ndërkombëtare të Grave Rurale, ne nderojmë dhe falënderojmë gratë e jashtëzakonshme që punojnë pa u lodhur në zonat rurale për të siguruar ushqim të mirë për të gjithë.
Slogani i këtij viti, “Gratë Rurale Kultivojnë Ushqim të Mirë për të Gjithë,” na kujton se përkushtimi dhe puna e tyre janë themeli i qëndrueshmërisë ushqimore dhe zhvillimit rural. Kjo ditë n’a bën të reflektojmë mbi rolin e tyre jetësor dhe të angazhohemi mëtej për të përmirësuar mbështetjen dhe mundësitë për gratë rurale.
Organizimi i panairit u mundësua përmes projektit “Fuqizimi i grave dhe komuniteteve që jetojnë në zonat rurale të Kosovës”, i cili mbështetet nga We Effect Europe, projektit SUNREED nga CNVP Foundation që financohet nga Agjencia Suedeze për Zhvillim dhe Bashkëpunim (Sida), projekti i përbashkët në mes UN Women Kosovo dhe FAO, me financim nga Austrian Development Agency.
